Buenas tardes

Bueno, yo hago maestria en Urbanismo y mi pesquisa es sobre los indicadores
de Transporte Urbano Sustenible. Me parece que el problema mayor que
enfrentan las ciudades Latino americanas es que no tienen tecnologia o
inversiones para poder medir los efectos causados por las descargas de los
automoviles o el ruido.
