The Big Picture aims to make the human and environmental impact of
global economics and trade intelligible to ordinary people with
news, comment and analysis of the rules and systems which keep the
corporations getting richer and the rest of us poorer.  We
identify and link the common causes of poverty and injustice which
operate in the world in the guise of "economic growth", and
"development": e.g. World Bank/IMF structural adjustment policies,
Rogernomics, and GATT/WTO.  We look at alternatives.  If you are
