[sustran] Support to an NGO in India

Dear All,

I have been approached by an NGO that needs help with developing project proposals etc. for urban transport. They will be providing the data etc. Does anyone know of any individual or organisation in Delhi who will be ready to provide this service (paid) to the NGO. If so, can you please pass on the references to me, and I will put them in touch with the NGO.
