My suspicion is that the transit-prof people would not be particularly
interested in Mumbai. I have to say that, whie I am well aware through
Sustran-discuss that Mumbai's UTP is a hot topic, it has been too big an
issue for me to get to grips with, bearing in mind it is not relevant to my
particular field of work. This would apply even more to the
transit-proffers, whose focus is even more exclusively "First World" than
mine. The focus tends to be North American, with other areas getting a look
in only where conditions are comparable with N Am.
