Eric,
The analysis looks good, but there is a problem: you're assuming a
completely homogen city, where all the habitants have the same
socioeconomic status (at least a group with car and a group without) ,
where all of them have the same value of time. But this is not true, since
the value of time depends on the social and economial characteristics of
each person. Besides that, the analysis is interesting.
