good to hear news from the Phillipines.  have you considered writing an
article on the transport/energy situation in your country.  Are bikes
making a contribution to sustainable transport?  Are they on the way in
or out?  Who rides them and for what purpose?  What are the road traffic
accident rates for cyclists (the real rate, not what police/official
stats say)?
