Oregon City, Oregon used to have at least on elevator operating to get
residents from the lower town commerical center to residential areas on a
bluff above the Wilamette River. Don't know if it still operates. Do not
believe it was a formally part of the public transport system but it
certainly performed that function. May or may not still operate.

Angels Flight in LA --- reopened after I left town --- may be a funicular.
Very short line (one block). Is a part of the MTA system
