Is there any way we can find out who is on this list? Has a directory been circulated? Is this list closed and moderated? That is, do we know for sure who is on it and are government people able to subscribe? I am particularly interested in knowing how many Asian citizens I reach when I post to asia-apec? Thanks, Paige
