[asia-apec 386] Admin Notice: Domain name

All,

JCA is going to move 'JCA-NET' and we got a new domain name,
<jca.ax.apc.org>, for JCA-NET as a partner node of APC network in
Japan.

Officially, new domain name is effective since 1st, Apr.
Addresses for <asia-*@jca.or.jp> and <asialink-*@jca.or.jp> also are
changed to <asia-*@jca.ax.apc.org> and <asialink-*@jca.ax.apc.org>.

Please update <someone at jca.or.jp> entry in your addressbook to
<someone at jca.ax.apc.org>. User name is unchanged.
Domain name of <jca.or.jp> is still effective for some period.
