[sustran] Sustran-discuss is closed (but archives are still searchable)

I'd like to add my own thanks to you, Paul, for your work in the past in 
promoting and leading the sustran list. I got a lot out of it back in 
the day, but things move on. I had to do the same thing a few years back 
with the transit-prof list.
