[sustran] School bus service in large cities

Friends,

I seek your assistance in identifying international models for a
school bus service that is being run on a public-private patnership.

The Government of the Punjab has decided to introduce such a system
which is transparent and sustainable and I seek your guidance on how
other cities have gone about it so that informed policy options may be
provided.
