Dear Dr. Puttanna,

Certainly much has been done in the development of information and
awareness campaigns for mobility issues in the last years although it is
still a "hot" topic in Europe.  Some of the recent EU activities have been
reported at the European Conference on Mobility Management -- I have
included the link so you can consult the proceedings.

In addition, one EU flagship project in this area was TAPESTRY
(http://www.eu-tapestry.org/ ). Additional research should be underway next
year .
