[sustran] Bus Priority in Cities worldwide

I am looking for a "league table" or something similar, showing the extent
of Bus Priority implementation worldwide. Ideally, it would be a table of a
raft of cities showing population, some measure of bus service provided
and/or consumed (buses operated, bus-kms per annum, passenger trips per
annum?), and a measure of bus priority implemented. (Length of bus lanes,
number of junctions with priority, whatever?)

Can anyone point me to a suitable resource? I feel it's something someone,
somewhere must have collected at some point.
