■ I propose here "10 Executive Orders" that the new President Biden 
should sign in order to solve the serious problems that the United 
States and the World are now facing!

米国と世界が今抱える重大問題を解決するためにバイデン新大統領が署名すべき『10の大統領令』をここに提案する！

President Biden signed 19 executive orders on January 20, the day of his 
inauguration and he has issued executive orders one after another.

バイデン大統領は、大統領就任当日の1月20日に19の大統領令に署名しその後も次々に大統領令を発令した。

To solve the serious problems that the United States and the world are 
facing now, I propose to President Biden to immediately sign and execute 
the following 10 Executive Orders!

今米国と世界が抱える深刻な問題を解決するために、私はバイデン大統領に以下の『10の大統領令』に直ちに署名して実行することを提案したい！

Executive Order 1

大統領令1

Protect and grow "the real economy" which is the life of the people 
themselves and reduce the scale of "the bloated financial economy" that 
destroys the real economy.

国民生活そのものである『実体経済』を保護し成長させ、実体経済を破壊する『肥大化した金融経済』の規模を縮小する。

Executive Order 2

大統領2

The 100% private bank, "the US Central Bank FRB" shoulde be 100% 
nationalized and all decision-making power should be transferred to the 
Congress so that the FRB will function for the benefit of the people, 
not for the benefit of the private banks.

100%民間銀行である『米中央銀行FRB』を100%国有化しすべての決定権を連邦議会に移しFRBが民間銀行の利益のためではなく国民の利益のために機能させる。

Executive Order 3

大統領令3

"The money issuance right" monopolized by "the US Central Bank FRB" 
should be used only for improving the lives and welfare of the people 
and for the growth of the real economy, not for the expansion of the 
financial economy.

『米中央銀行FRB』が独占する『通貨発行権』を国民の生活と福祉の向上と実体経済の成長のためにだけに使い、金融経済の肥大化のためには使わない。

Executive Order 4

大統領令4

"The stop conversion of dollars and gold" decided and executed by 
President Nixon in 1971 should be abandoned and "the conversion of 
dollars and gold" should be revived for the stability of prices, 
exchange rates and the real economy.

ニクソン大統領が1971年に決定し実行した『ドルと金の兌換停止』を破棄し、物価と為替と実体経済の安定のために『ドルと金の兌換』を復活させる。

Executive Order 5

大統領令5

  "The basic income system" and "the child benefit system" should be 
introduce so that the people can live a hygienic and cultural minimum life.

国民が衛生的で文化的な最低限の生活ができるように『ベーシックインカム制度』と『子供給付金制度』を導入する。

Executive Order 6

大統領令6

"Financial Products Exchange Tax" should be uniformly levied on all 
financial product transactions in order to secure new financial resources.

新たな財源を確保するためすべての金融商品の取引に『金融商品取引税』を一律に課税する。

Executive Order 7

大統領令7

Abolish "Article 2 of the Constitutional Amendment", prohibit people 
from possessing weapons, dismantle armed militia organizations and 
prohibit killing each other.

『憲法修正第2条』を破棄し人民の武器所有を禁止し武装民兵組織を解体し国民同士の殺し合いを禁止する。

Executive Order 8

大統領令8

The current "Presidential election method by electors" should be 
abolished and the system should be changed to a method in which the 
candidate with the largest tota lnumber of votes obtained in the 
presidential election is elected the President.

現行の『選挙人による大統領選出方式』を廃止し大統領選挙で獲得した総投票数が多い候補者を大統領とする方式に変える。

Executive Order 9

大統領令9

Abolish the current "Presidential Election Funding System" which uses a 
huge amount of money from private funds  which is said to be 100 billion 
dollars each time.All election costs should be covered by the Federal Taxes.

毎回1000億ドルともいわれる莫大な民間資金が使われる現行の『大統領選挙資金方式』を廃止し、選挙費用はすべて連邦政府の税金で賄う。

Executive Order 10

大統領令10

Within the next three years, all of more than 1,000 US military bases 
stationed overseas should be closed and US troops stationed and their 
families should be returned to the US mainland.

世界各国に1000箇所以上存在する海外駐留米軍基地を今後3年以内にすべて閉鎖し駐留米軍兵とその家族を米本土に帰還させる。
