”Written Constitution" is neither a "modern state" nor a "democratic 
state" nor a "sovereign indigenous state"!

英国の若者に伝えたいことがある！(No1)『成文憲法』を持たない英国は『近代国家』でも『民主国家』でも『主権在民国家』でもない！

What Britain has in place of "the Written Constitution" is a "aggregate 
of laws", which is a collection of legislative resolutions, laws, court 
precedents, international treaties, customs, etc. that define the 
character of the state. Law ofthe constitution ”.

英国が『成文憲法』の代わりに持っているものは、議会決議や法律、裁判所の判例、国際条約、慣習等のうち国家の性格を規定するものを集めた『法律の集合体』=『憲法的法規(law 
of the constitution）』である。

But no British citizen knows and understands the contents of these vast 
collections of law, the Constitutional Regulations, other than the 
ruling class of lawyers.

しかしこれら膨大な数の『法律の集合体』である『憲法的法規』の内容を知って理解している英国民は、支配階級の法律専門家以外誰もいないだろう。

▲ "The “Written Constitution” is a systematic compilation of the “basic 
philosophy” and “basic principles” of the country and is indispensable 
for "the modern democracy state”.

『成文憲法』とはその国の『基本理念』や『基本原則』を体系的にまとめたもので『近代民主国家』にとって不可欠なものである。

The fact that the Written Constitution does not exist in Britain implies 
that the British people don't know the content about "the rights" and 
"the freedoms" that the Written Constitution guarantees to the people 
and "the obligations" that the Written Constitution imposes on the 
government.

『成文憲法』が英国に存在しないということは、『成文憲法』が国民に保障する『権利』や『自由』と『憲法』が政府に課す『義務』の具体的な内容を英国民は『知らないまま』でいることである。

The absence of the Written Constitution in Britain means that the 
British peopledon't know" "the basic philosophy" and "the basic 
principles" such as "Democracy","sovereign residents, "respect for human 
dignity","rule of law"," pacifism", "personal freedom and basic human 
rights".

『成文憲法』が英国にないということは、『成文憲法』が掲げる『民主主義』『主権在民』『人間の尊厳の尊重』『法の支配』『平和主義』『個人の自由と基本的人権』など『基本理念』と『基本原則』を英国民は『知らないまま』でいるということである。

▲Why isn't there "the Written Constitution" in Britain?

なぜ英国には『成文憲法』が存在しないのか？

That is because there are "the ruling classes" that benefit the most 
from keeping theBritish people "ignorant of the Constitution."

それは、英国民を『憲法を知らないまま』にしておくことで最大の利益を得ている『支配階級』が存在しているからである。

"The ruling classes" are (1) "the royal family" (2) "the noble class" 
and (3) "the Rothschild International Financial Mafia".

その『支配階級』とは、①『英王室』、②『貴族階級』、③『ロスチャイルド金融マフィア』である。

(1)the royal family

英王室

Queen Elizabeth, the head of the British Royal Family, is "the 
Monarch”who represents Britain, "the Chairman of the Parliament”who 
governs the Parliament and "the President”who nominates the Prime Minister.

英王室のトップである『エリザベス女王』は英国を代表する『君主』であり、議会を統括する『国会議長』であり、首相を指名する『大統領』である。

Queen Elizabeth has vast "private lands" throughout the country and huge 
"financial assets"earning annually "about 320 million pounds (45 billion 
yens)』 of "rent for land" and "financial income".

エリザベス女王は全国に広大な『私有地』と莫大な『金融資産』を持ち、年間『約450億円(約3.2億ポンド)』の『地代収入』と『金融収入』を得ている。

(2)the noble class　

貴族階級

The British aristocratic class is "a privilege class" that has been 
granted "legislative power" and "judiciary power" in the Parliamentary 
Senate (Nobility House) from the British Royal Family.

英国貴族階級は、王室から議会上院(貴族院)での『議員特権』と『司法権』を与えられた『特権階級』である。

They have vast "private lands" throughout the country and huge 
"financial assets"and earn annually large amounts of "rent for rent" and 
"financial income".

彼らは全国に広大な『私有地』と莫大な『金融資産』を持ち高額な『地代収入』と『金融収入』を得ている。

③the Rothschild International Financial Mafia

The European Rothschild Family whose first generation was Mayer Amschel 
Rothschild, a currency exchange merchant in Cologne in Germany has built 
in 250 years "the Strongest Financial Empire of the World " whose total 
assets is said of "35.7trillon pounds(5,000 trillion yen)".

private financial institutions" such as investment banks, controls "the 
Central Banks" of the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and the 
EU, and sends their agents toeache governments.
