financial crisis" by the world ruling class,"the World Citizen 
Revolutionary Movement" to resist it is certainly spreading around the 
world headed by Korea and Italy!

世界支配階級による『テロと戦争と金融恐慌』に突き進む世界情勢の中でそれに抗する『世界市民革命運動』は韓国とイタリアを先頭に世界中で確実に広がっている！

1. Korea　韓国

The nature of President Hoon Jae-nin's administration has become 
invisible to bea "Citizen Revolutionary Government" in the confusionthe
of military tension to the war between the United States and North Kore

韓国の文在寅((フン・ジェイン)大統領政権の本質は、米国と北朝鮮との戦争勃発の軍事的緊張の混乱の中で『市民革命政府』であることが見えなくなっている。

However, We should not forget that President Hoon Jae-in administration 
was bornin the battles of the Korean people who dismissed,arrested and
prosecuted President Park and that it is a right regime of "Citizen 
Revolutionary Government".

しかし我々は、文在寅((フン・ジェイン)大統領政権が朴前大統領を罷免し逮捕し起訴した韓国民衆の戦いの中から誕生した、れっきとした『市民革命政府』であることを忘れてはならない。

The Korean Constitutional Court approved four charges other than No.4 
among the following five charges that the Korean National Assembly 
hasgiven the grounds for President Park's impeachment prosecution and 
they dismissed President Park.

韓国憲法裁判所は、韓国国会が朴槿恵(パク・クネ)大統領の大統領弾劾訴追の根拠となった以下の5つの容疑のうちNo4以外の4つの容疑を認定して朴槿恵(パク・クネ)大統領を罷免したのである。

No1.Whether President Park violated national sovereignty or legalism?

　　朴大統領は国民主権主義や法治主義に違反したか否か？

No2.Whether President Park went to abuse the president's official authority?

     朴大統領は大統領の職権乱用をしたか否か？

No3.Whether President Park went through media suppression?

      朴大統領はメディア弾圧を行ったか否か？

No4.Whether President Park violated the protection obligation of the 
citizen in     response to the sinking accident of the passenger ship
     Seol in 2014?

     
朴大統領は2014年客船セウォル号沈没事故対応で国民の保護義務に違反したか否か？

No.5 Whether President Park put an illegal act such as bribery?

      朴大統領は収賄などの違法行為を行ったか否か？

2.Italy　イタリア

At the Italian general election ( House of Representatives & Senate) 
scheduled on March 4 this year, the citizen revolutionary party
"Five-Star Movement" is predicted to win and  the leader of the party 
Luigi di Maio (31-year-old) indicatedto become the Prime Minister of the
world's first authentic "Citizen Revolutionary Government".

今年3月4日に予定されているイタリア総選挙(上院と下院)では、イ、タリア議会第一党で130名の国会議員を擁する市民革命政党『五つ星運動』が勝利して31歳のルイジ・ディ・マイオ党首(31歳)が世界で最初の本格的な「市民革命政府」の首相に選ばれると予想されている。

Luigi di Maio said in an interview with Reuters as follows.

ルイジ・ディ・マイオ党首はロイターとのインタビューで次のように言っている。

Italy will negotiate with the European Union (EU) a change in fiscal 
regulation so that Italy will increase its　investment for stimulating 
the economy when winning next year's election.

ディ・マイオ氏はまた来年の選挙に勝った暁には、イタリアが景気刺激のための投資を増やせるよう、欧州連合（ＥＵ）と財政規則の変更を交渉すると表明。

He showedx a policy of reducing unnecessary expenditure in order 
toreduce the public debt that expanded to just under 132% of thegross 
domestic product (GDP).

彼は国内総生産（ＧＤＰ）の１３２％弱に膨らんだ公的債務を減らすため無駄な支出を削減する方針も示した。

He replied to the question of three policy priorities such as the 
introduction of basic income for the poor, the reduction of wasteful 
expenditure, and the expansion of the system of
direct democracy.

政策の優先課題を三つ挙げるとしたら、貧困層のためのベーシックインカムの導入、無駄な支出の削減、直接民主主義の制度拡大と答えた。
