If the independent Constitutional Court,the Constitutional Guardian like
German Federal Constitutional Court in the postwar existed separately
from the Supreme Court, the United States of America have never been an
aggression state, nor lawless state, nor a Conspiracy State like now! (1/2)
もしも戦後の米国にドイツのように【憲法の番人】である独立した憲法裁判所が最高裁とは別に存在していたならば、米国は今のような【侵略国家】【無法国家】【謀略国家】にはなっていなかっただろう！(1/2)
As in Japan, in the USA there is no independent Constitutional Court
workig as the guardian of the Constitution like in Germany and the
Supreme Court is on the surface to perform unconstitutional examination.
日本と同じく米国にはドイツのような【憲法の番人】である独立した憲法裁判所が存在せず、建前上は最高裁が違憲審査を行うことになっている。
Actually, however, like the Supreme Court of Japan, the US Supreme Court
abandons the role of constitutional gardian by prefixing or dismissing
most of the unconstitutional litigation.
しかし実際は日本の最高裁と同じく、米国最高裁は違憲訴訟のほとんどを門前払いあるいは棄却して【憲法の番人】の役割を放棄しているのだ。
Therefore, even if the United States Constitution,the highest
legislation is ignored or violated or destroyed by the national
government and the civil powers,the US Supreme Court tacitifys and
acknowledges and accepts the Constitutional violation and makes it an
established fact and legalizing.
そのため最高法規であるアメリカ合衆国憲法は国家政権と民間権力によって無視され、違反され、破壊されても、米国最高裁判所は違憲判決を出さずに、違憲を黙認し容認し既成事実化し合法化しているのだ。
For example, in paragraph 5 of Article 1, Section 8 of the United States
Constitution about "the authority of the United States Congress", it is
prescribed that the Congress holds the right to issue money as follows.
例えば、アメリカ合衆国憲法第1条第8節【合衆国議会の権限】の第5項では、貨幣の発行権は連邦議会にあると以下のように規定されている。
��to cast money, discipline its value and the value of foreign currency,
and set standards of metrology and balance.

In fact, however, a pure private bank whose chares owned at 100% by
Rothschild International Financial Mafia called FRB (Federal Reserve
Board) prints as much dollar bills as they want and supplies them to
their fellow financial institutions regardless of Congress.
しかし実際には、FRB(連邦準備制度理事会)というロスチャイルド国際金融マフィアが株の100%を所有する純然たる民間銀行が、連邦議会と全く関係ないところでドル紙幣を好きなだけ印刷して仲間の金融機関に供給しているのだ。

Also in paragraph 2 of Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution of the
United States of America about the authority of the United States
Congress,it is prescribed that the Congress holds the right to debt as
follows.
またアメリカ合衆国憲法第1条第8節【合衆国議会の権限】の第2項では、国の借金は連邦議会が行うと以下のように規定されています。
��to borrow money by the credit of the United States.
合衆国の信用により金銭を借り入れること。
In fact, however,the Ministry of Finance debts by issuing the government
bonds and undertaking them to the private financial institutions with
the government guarantees of the principal repayment and interest
payment regardless of Congress.
しかし実際には、連邦議会とは全く関係ないところで、財務省が国債を発行して政府が元本返済と利払いを保障して民間の金融機関に全額引き受けさせて借金しているのだ。
This is the ultimate constitutional violation!
これこそは究極の憲法違反だろう！
