日本とオランダの大学教授、大学院生、次世代研究者によるワークショップにな
ります。東南アジアにおける開発援助、開発と土地の問題、環境政策について、
ビルマ（ミャンマー）、フィリピン、インドネシアの事例発表があります。メコ
ン・ウォッチも現在注目しているダウェイ経済特区に関しても発表があります。

Studies of environmental governance and development policy in Southeast
Asia have long focused on the roles of the state and the market. However,
the 21st century has seen the emergence of new actors and dynamics. The
workshop proposes to look at these contemporary issues in the context of
globalization, focusing on case studies from Indonesia, the Philippines
and Myanmar.
