Would anyone on the list object to posting articles on APEC or using this
as a platform for sharing ideas about APEC in Brunei?

Has there been any talk about a parallel summit in Brunei?

It seems that APEC NZ talks were used as a vehicle for US/Can to get
countries in the south on side for support of the WTO millenium round.

Now that the developing world has responded resolutely against key aspects
of this WTO round, and WTO is slow, but steady, in regaining its momentum,
what lies ahead for APEC?
