<font face="Segoe UI">I think the idea of a worse practices book is
indeed a good one, although of course I would not consider a bike
sharing system - even one that is badly performing - as such.<br>
<br>
Bad publicity could potentially be so relevant for decision makers
as good publicity. If they are afraid of receiving bad publicity
perhaps they will think twice before they do some damage.<br>
<br>
It is also important, as Eric said before, to dig into the bad
decisions and actually explain why we think they were wrong. And
this can be explored from multiple perspectives. For example, it
could be interesting to understand, from an institutional point of
view, if ensuring citizen participation could avoid some of the
carmageddons out there.<br>
