wonder if I might draw your attention to the following trial machine
translation gadgets which will find now on World Streets, <a
href="http://www.Worldstreets.org">www.Worldstreets.org</a> . If you
happen to be comfortable with any of those languages, I would be very grateful
if you would try translating a couple of articles with a single click and let
me know if what you find there is usable or just garbage. I might share
with you my own observation that in the small handful of languages that I am
comfortable with, which include none of the above, the results are pretty
nicely workable, though of course far from perfect. Still if you are
