the website. This is part of a consultation exercise to ensure that a wide
spectrum of stakeholders have the opportunity to contribute to the MFS with the
expectation of achieving agreement on its contents. </FONT></P>

free workshops to be held in Newcastle-upon-Tyne (4 July), Manchester (5 July),
