Hi Sudhira, 

Thanks for your post. I agree with Cornie. It would great if we could get the policy document. 

However, it is heartening to see that the Indian urban authorities are waking up to focus more on the streets instead of the off-street parking. 

Paul (Barter), any thoughts so far?
