Eric,

I was only saying that they made a vehicle which will be probably be 
used privately, though I hope it used for informal or even formal 
carsharing. It would be great if it was "This is vehicle to use for when 
the big electric bus is inappropriate", and so on.

But, for example, will the tyres need to be imported from outside 
Africa? If I imported tyres to Uganda I would financially support a 
private electric vehicle project.
