Excellent initiative Hari, and I want you to know that I very much appreciate your approach. Your vote for brevity is important.  If the framers of the silly 428 page report to create a Constitution for the new Europe had only taken a page from your book, we might have something that resembles a viable European government today. But the proof to the contrary is painfully evident. 

 

So yes, I will be glad both to collaborate with you on it as best I can (see below), but at the end of the day it must of course be YOUR list.
