Dear Colleagues,

Here is an interesting and useful new report intended to be a starting point
for developing country governments, planners, and stakeholders involved in
climate change emission reduction action plans. It includes information on a
diverse range of energy conservation and emission reduction strategies. I
particularly like, Appendix III, "Some questions to help you assess the
walkability of a locality and how it can be improved." Please share this
information with anybody who might use it.
