Dear Hari,

 

Of course the only even close to "green" airport is one that charges full
cost in every category to every carrier that lands there. 

 

I say this with a wink in on eye (and a tear in the other), and while it is
a bit cruptic and "unrealisitic", might there not still be a clue of sorts
there?

 

I hope so.
