Pedicab drivers seek TRO from SCPedicab and kuliglig (motorized pedicab) drivers in Manila asked the Supreme Court Thursday to stop the city government from implementing two executive orders issued by Mayor Alfredo Lim which would ban them from major thoroughfares and national roads.
