[sustran] rent a cycle at 4 Metro rail stations in Dli

Seems like DMRC has started rent a cycle in 4 stations
Rs 10/ four hours
and also likely to increase it further

Can big 10 or HoHo services also initiate this
Will BBC look into this ?

and Maybe also linked with the BRT in Pune/ Ahmedabad / Hyderbad etc
