Dear Eric,

 =

The French review Global Chance <http://www.global-chance.org/index.php> is
doing a special number on transport and climate change. =

It will be supported by the Liaison Francophonie
(http://www.iepf.org/ressources/ressources-pub.php?id=3D1) which is financed
by the international organisation for Francophonie.

They are looking for an Indian author which could write something on this
topic. As you know all the Sustainable Transport community, could you
recommend us someone. No matter if he or she is not =93francophone=94, the
article could be translated.

Thanks for your answer,

 =

Best regards,
