[sustran] Sustainable Mode Split

Dear All,

We in CAI-Asia are looking for published research which has indicated as to
what exactly is "sustainable mode split" in a city.
When exactly do we say that city has a sustainable trip mode split?
If a city has 60%, 70% or 80% NMT and Public Transport Share than can we
suggest it has sustainable Transport?
Has anybody drawn this line? What is your take on this?
Insights would be valuable.
