I am studying the concept of "central area congestion pricing" and its
applicability in Indian context. Presently I am researching on
•       Calculating the optimal level of congestion.
•       Arriving at best possible level of charge to be levied for pricing.

It would be really helpful to find some examples and prior work done
in these areas.
