[From a colleague of mine]

I am currently conducting research into project risks associated with
transport infrastructure, for the Dissertation element of my MBA with
Henley Management College in the UK (www.henleymc.ac.uk).

Whilst the primary focus is on tollways in developing East Asian
economies, broader experience elsewhere in the world and with
transport planning/ modelling issues in general would also be very
useful. There is substantial experience world-wide from which useful
lessons can be drawn.

If you are able to spare 10-15 minutes of your time to complete the
survey, this would be greatly appreciated. You can find the survey
online at:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=735342606397
All answers will be treated in strict confidence.

Should you have any comments, you can either make these within the
survey or by contacting me directly (rfdibona at yahoo.com).

Finally, should you have any friends, colleagues, associates, etc who
you feel might have useful perspectives, please do feel free to
forward them this message for them to undertake the survey also.

With many thanks in anticipation of your kind cooperation and with
very best regards,

Richard Di Bona
