[sustran] New module on Intelligent Transport Systems

As part of the Sourcebook on Sustainable Urban Transport from the SUTP
project, a new Module on Intelligent Transport Systems has just been
released. It has been written by Mr Phil Sayeg and addresses topics such as
descriptions of the available technologies, their applications in developing
cities, as well as its planning, strategies and challenges. This module is
available from our download section at
www.sutp.org/download/sourcebookhome.php .
