Hi Todd, 
 
Good article, I like the point of view, maybe you should add something about the need for further security funding support. Even though transit is inherently safer, the costs inherent to a massive terrorist attacks should warrant added investment in surveillance systems, training and added personnel. 
 
I also added a copy of our STRP report on safety and security with Canadian data you can include at the beginning of the article.
