[sustran] Bangkok Bus Fares

In today's Bangkok Post it was announced that non-aircon buses are to be
phased out and replaced with aircon buses *at existing aircon fares* which
are far too high for poor people to afford. There are also plans to
change bus routes to terminate at rail stations on systems which are also
wildly too expensive for poor people to use...
