Dear All, 

 

A new revision of the World Bank's Mobile Source Handbook was posted last
night.  You can access it at:

We encourage you to review the revised document, and will also be reviewing
it ourselves to determine if suggestions raised in the sign-on letter
circulated last week are still relevant or have been addressed (see below).


 

The World Bank has also extended its deadline for public comment to April
30.  We originally asked you to respond to the sign-on letter by tomorrow,
but will extend this deadline as well after reviewing the revised handbook.
