Dear Sustrans members,

There are a series of Traffic Advisory Leaflets issued by the 
Department of Transport in the UK that review experience with various 
bicycle schemes/initiatives and even include two bibliographies. While 
these need to be read with some detachment, they may be of interest 
beyond their British local government audience. They can be downloaded
