in today's Times of India, Mumbai edition (Saturday February 2002) in the 
Interview section, where Dr Geetam Tiwari makes convincing points in favour 
of a bus based public transport system for Indian cities. Unfortunately our 
decision makers continue ignoring this sane perspective.
