Dear Kumudu,

I can appreciate your desire to have documentation
on conditions pervailing in Mumbai on the transport. Public transport is
further burdened by cross
subsidies, users of electricity staying in only a part
of Mumbai pay out to meet the losses of public
road bus service run in the entire city. There are
many a points where study would reveal prejudices against public road
transport to placate the private car.
The fact remains that no academic study is
available.

We can help your student to verify my submissions.
We can show official Census figures to show suffocation. Best wishes Kisan
Mehta
