Eric,

As you will know, the World Bank is involved heavily in the Bogota Urban
Transport program.  While I am not the Taskmanager for our activities, I
have advised on the Non Motorized Transport transport component, and
previously, as a consultant to IDU, I wrote the TOR's for the Bicycle
Masterplan Study.
