Hi Walter

Do you have a version of this file that we could circulate in Spanish --
there are quite a few groups here who would be willing to do this -- the
situation described is all too familiar to many of us. In particular, one of
the large networks has its regular monthly meeting on Thursday and we would
be happy to take a Spanish version there for everyone to sign.
