INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT ACTION DAY MARCH 27

    ON MARCH 29 the European Union Transport Ministers meet in
Germany. So on March 27 campaigners will be putting on bike demos, fax
actions, subvertising, rallies and whatever else they can think of,
right across Europe. The day is being coordinated by A SEED Europe,
who are overflowing (well maybe that's exaggerating) with ideas,
possible targets and action packs to give out. Make it bigger and hold
