Dear Sustran discussants,

My colleague Helmut Holzapfel of the University of Kassel (Germany) and recently head of the Traffic Ministry in Magdeburg (State of Sachsen Anhalt in the former east Germany) is making a trip to Boston (USA) in the next few weeks.  Helmut has been in the forefront of German traffic planning and thinking for over 20 years and is very keen to meet anyone involved in this area in the NE USA (especially Boston) on his trip.
