Hello Paul,

Since I wrote you that opening note the other day I have done a bit more
work on this, and invite you to have a look at The Commons
(http://www.ecoplan.org of course), and once their click "Advocates" up top.
You'll see a couple of models that we have hammered together by way of
example... in the hope that the might encourage you to do better yet.  We
are trying hard to make it easy to do, and efficient once it gets done.
