Dear Colleagues:

Periodically on this list and others I read publication announcements.  The
International Council for Local Environmental Intitiatives (ICLEI) plans to
release a Local Government Guide to Parking Cash Out.  I would like to post
an official announcement to this list and others.  Can anyone advise me of
a comprehensive listing of transportation-related list-servers where it
would be appropriate to announce our publication?  Please respond to me
