[sustran] poverty alleviation and basic mobility

Dear Sustran discussion list members, 

I am the Executive Director of the Institute for Transportation and
Development Policy, a Non-governmental Organization dedicated to promoting
environmentally sustainable and equitable transportation policies and
projects in developing countries and Central and Eastern Europe.   We are
the publishers of the magazine "Sustainable Transport" which comes out
roughly twice a year.  

I am currently working on a policy paper for the United Nations Development
Program, and am seeking additional sources which quantify the relationship
between urban transport policies and projects and urban poverty.  I have
excellent rural data but am finding there to be little on transport and
poverty in urban areas.   Any sources you may know of, I would be grateful.
