Why motorcycles are inefficient in terms of road space usage:
PCU studies have shown that PCU value of a MC/SC is between 0.5 and 0.75 
depending on the % volume of SC/MC. Assuming capacity of MC/SC as 2 and 
that of car as 4, per psaaenger MC/SC take same amount or more of space.
