re TDM projects

I have carried out a thorough TDM strategy for a large hospital in
Plymouth (UK).  This site employs 5000 people and generates 3 million
vehicular trips each year.  the strategy was based on 18 months
discussions with all grades of staff, careful planning with all
municipalities and public transport suppliers and phased introduction of
measures to provide alternatives.  The plan was put into action in April
this year.  I'm not sure if this is of any interest to you.  If it is
