There have been occasional postings to this list server which contain
explicit copyright warnings against the unauthorized republishing or
redistribution without prior written consent of the news source.  A recent
example was a 21 Oct Reuter article on Toshiba building nuclear reactors in
Taiwan.

What is the policy of this list server regarding clearly marked copywright
material?

Perspiring minds want to know.
